I’m Felicia, co-founder of Let's Get Weird, a brand & culture strategy studio created to defy convention. I’m a design strategist with a specialty in branding and visual design.
I’m currently Group Creative Director at Celery Design Collaborative, where I lead a team of creatives building brands for sustainable technologies shaping our future and present. My role blends creative leadership with strategic thinking to design systems that scale with mission-driven companies.
Previously, I was Creative Director at West, a venture studio, where I focused on the intersection of design and strategy—helping portfolio companies translate their vision into meaningful, high-impact brands.
Studied Design Strategy at California College of the Arts, where earning an MBA shaped my approach to blending business thinking with creative vision.
Instructor of Brand Strategy at Parsons The New School.
