Advancing Impact in Health

Monte Nido, a national leader in eating disorder treatment, needed to unify a fragmented brand ecosystem spanning 50+ programs across 15 states. I led the brand refresh through Let’s Get Weird—starting with deep audit and stakeholder workshops to align on audience needs, care journeys, and growth ambitions.
We developed a cohesive visual system that balanced clarity and compassion: refining the logo through proportional systems, introducing approachable lowercase typography, and building a warm, human-centered color palette. The work culminated in a scalable identity system and phased rollout roadmap to support expansion while preserving sub-brand nuance.
Impact: Unified a complex brand architecture, reduced friction for patients and providers navigating treatment options, and established a scalable identity system to support national growth.
