As Ro prepared to close a Series D, the company partnered with West to clarify its brand opportunity while scaling multiple care verticals. Working as an extension of Ro’s internal brand and marketing team, we collaborated closely with founders and senior leadership to establish a strategic brand foundation and custom frameworks spanning verbal, visual, and experiential expression.
